Refund policy
Every Low Expectations Studio shirt is printed after you order it. There's no back stock, no warehouse, no shelf your returned shirt could go back onto. That shapes everything below.
We replace it free, no questions:
- Print defects — cracked, faded, misaligned, or wrong design
- Damage in transit
- Wrong item or wrong size shipped (our error)
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost. You keep the original — mailing it back helps nobody.
We can't accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size. Every product page has a full measurement chart. We know it's a boring click. Please make it.
- Change of mind after production has started
- Wear, washing damage, or fit preference
Cancellations: Email within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before it goes to print. After that, it's already being made specifically for you.
Lost packages: If tracking stalls for 10+ days domestically, write in. We'll work it out with the carrier or reship.
We're a small operation and we'd rather fix a problem than argue about one. If something genuinely went wrong, tell us — we'll make it right. If you just want a different size, order a different size.
