Processing time: 2–5 business days

Every Low Expectations Studio shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — the machine turns on because you, specifically, wanted something. That takes a few days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Transit time (after it ships)

Total time from order to doorstep: roughly 5–12 business days domestically.

These are estimates, not promises. Carriers have their own relationship with time.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when it ships. If the tracking email hasn't arrived after 5 business days, check your spam folder — email providers have low expectations of us too. Still nothing? Write in.

Multiple items

Order several shirts and they may arrive separately, sometimes from different facilities. Not a mistake. Each tracking number covers what's in that package.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days (domestic) or 21+ days (international), email us with your order number. We'll chase the carrier or reship it. You won't be left holding a mystery.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please read it twice — we can't redirect a package once it's in production. If you catch a mistake within 24 hours, email us immediately and we'll try to fix it before printing.

Customs and duties (international)

International orders may incur import duties or taxes charged by your country. Those are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We have no control over them and no way to predict them.
